Tragic story in New Mexico

The man I’m named after; Cadmus Clark Livingston, my great-grandfather, had a ranch close to Corona and Cedarvale which is north of Roswell. My dad started taking me camping there when I was 6 years old. I’ve actually heard of Hondo, New Mexico.
