Hugo Nominees are all British

One of the nominated authors that is interviewed has an interesting opinion about British and American Sci-Fi writing post-9/11. The World Science Fiction Convention is currently being held in Glasgow and runs through August 8th. The Hugo winners will be announced on Monday.
